An overview of our core process:

Before: Needs Assessment and Planning
Questions asked by us will determine how we can best meet your needs. This includes defining clear and realistic goals, clarifying expectations, and setting specific timelines. Based on the results of the needs assessment, we delve into our bag of tricks and draw from our expertise to suggest the best process to achieve your desired outcome.

During: Facilitation
Our skilled facilitators attend to individual and group needs, ensure total participation, lead productive brainstorming sessions, and report back to you throughout the process to make changes as needed. CF provides input as little or as much as you request.

After: Evaluation and Follow-up
The final piece can be as simple or as complex as you desire. We can give immediate oral feedback onsite, including a basic evaluation and a discussion of our observations, and leave it at that. Or, we can conduct an in-depth evaluation and follow-up with a detailed written report with specific observations and suggestions. We offer short-term guidance, long-range planning, and assistance with change management. We can do every step with you side-by-side, or once the assignment is agreed upon by each of us, we can head off into the sunset and present it to you once it’s done. Of course, we can check in at pre-designated moments to ensure proper outcomes. We’re happy to do whatever best suits your needs and time availability.

This means we get to know your organizational culture, needs, and desires. We’ll collaborate and engage with experts in numerous fields to best support your goals. We guide you to think and act creatively. We use interactive processes that make time fly. And we do it all in a way that is fun, engaging, professional, positive, and extremely enjoyable for you and all who participate.
